I think the whole problem with exercise is finding something easy to 
understand and something you want to do rather than force yourself to do. 
I've finally found it with ACTIVcycle which provides assisted cycling. 
Since July 23 I only missed a couple of days when my cycler quit because I 
had not unplugged it when not in use.  I do 2 to 4 hours a day now.  I watch 
TV while I cycle.

Overstock.com charged $112 (no shipping fee); my first cycler cost $170.
