thanks, Kevin. I like your idea of focusing on exercises designed to help a PD problem like postural stability. Falls are deadly no doubt about it. question - should these positions be held for a certain count or period of time? Is "sit-to-stand" getting up out of a chair? squatting is very difficult for me. I think I learned from your DVD trick of getting up by getting one leg up at a time. I have a small 1/2 bath where I can stand against the wall and put one hand on the sink counter if need be. I should be able to do the arm exercises lying on my back in bed. thanks again, Kevin, I'll view the DVD again and see what I can work out.
