I tried two of the "lighter" models (no motorized assistance) and they were
unstable and moved around, before I got the motorized ACTIVcycle. It is not
too big and it is very stable. I can sit in my wheelchair and pedal while I
watch TV. Yes, the motor not only helps me pedal faster, but longer too, 2
hours a day minimum. I found Overstock.com's $112.00 to be the best price.
I paid $12.00 and $30 something for the non-motorized lighter kinds and
$165.00 for my first motorized one.

I found the Paradigm ACTIVcycle to be perfect as there is no way I would be
pedaling like I am without some help. In my opinion, it is well worth the
extra money at $112.00 and far cheaper than the recumbent bicycles
recommended that cost in the neighborhood of $3,000.
