For four years I'de been asking politely (as brought up to do) for physiotherapy, always hearing "yes, we'll arrange some" - but nothing happened. A few months ago I lost patience, rang the neurologist's office and said that I wanted physio, then rang every week and said it again, still politely. Guess what - it was suddenly available ! I've now had 2 home visits plus one to come. Will let you know if it helps. So much for waiting your turn.
