My neurologist put me on benztropine (anticholinergic) several years 
ago. I had tried sinement for a few weeks and it didn't seem to work. 
He says it partially restores the balance between dopamine and acytel 
choline. It seems to affect the amplitude of my tremor rather than 
the frequency. If I miss a dose my body lets me know within hours.
