Good luck Ray! Was laid up over Xmas with a disk problem so missed the discussion. I would not be surprised if your CG is relieved to be let go. She certainly has been sending strong signals! When she first started to work for me I made a list of things to be done weekly, monthly, yearly and left her alone. There was no way I could have anticipated some of these things.
