Looks like she is having caregiver burnout. Over here in Malaysia, a lot of Parkinson's patients hire maids from other countries. One of my patients "changed" her maid almost every year - all her maids ran away from home. I think the maids are not mentally prepared to take care of sick people. You are right. It is the right decision to fire her. When she first started to work for me I made a list of things to be done weekly, monthly, yearly and left her alone. There was no way I could have anticipated some of these things.
