thanks, Gail the first agency I emailed several days ago has not responded, but I found another one through our HOA. people are probably vacationing. she didn't like it when I reminded her about emptying the lint catcher, saying "I've' raised 2 kids and 3 grandkids, I know how to do washing!". I'll keep on it.
