Lists 14 foods:   beans, soy, blueberries, broccoli, oats, oranges, pumpkin, salmon, spinach, black or green tea,  tomatoes, turkey, walnuts, yogurt. asparagas
supplements:  NAC or N-Acetyl Cysteine, selenium, milk thistle, etc.
I take D, L and DL Phenylalanine which has similar chemical structure to dopamine, also take milk thistle
