I tried to sleep on one while on vacation at the Heathman Lodge in Vancouver, WA and it was really hard to get out of. Hard enough to convince me I don't want one.  They are very comfortable once you are in position to sleep but I needed help getting in and out.

e have been looking up new mattresses and i was tempted by the tempurpedic 
nes but they say they are no good for people who have difficulty turning in 
ed, especially in warm weather when the foam gets softer and more clingy
