           Dear Rayilyn,
Spring is just around the corner. It's time to get outside and get some fresh air! And APDA has some great ideas on how people living with Parkinson's can get some exercise this spring!

A brutal winter battered much of the country. Many suffer from cabin fever. And those living with the impact of Parkinson's may find it especially hard to get enough exercise when footing is slippery and days are short.

But exercise is crucial in the fight against the progression of Parkinson's. And so is the research you'll help advance as you exercise your power against this disease with a generous gift to the American Parkinsons Disease Association.

Bringing Spring to the Steps of Those Living with Parkinson's,
