Tomorrow the VA will published the proposed rules that will make three new diseases presumptive service connect for exposures to Agent Orange and other herbicides. The proposed rules will formally be posted in the Federal Register tomorrow. Attached a copy of the day before publication copy of the rules from the Federal Register site.
