If u go the proper speed on a treadmill and stand up straight AND wear
proper gym shoes it may help. Proper gym shoes are- those ugly thick
sole NB proper width. OR ANKLE High gym shoes- low and high tops. NOT
Cloth high tops! Gym shoes wear out in6 mths or so. Those 300 dollar
ensoles get floppy too! The insoles can be made of plastic shavings with
cushion, cork, all sorts of materials. Look at ur rollator wheels. like
ur car they get worn out. The one side might be more worn out than the
other wheel due to weight bearing on one side verses the other.

I have been dealing with severe ankle pain since I was 5-6 years old. I
think mine is more vascular circulation problems. I grew up on a "heart
Healthy diet" and exercise ( jack lalane and JFK era)

Oh.... u should not start and stop exercising. Start very slowly. It
took me about 13 years to walk 23 mins on a treadmill . I started at 2
mins. about 1.2 MPH. I am not 51. I am not saying everyone should or
will be like me. I am saying stablizing or improving oneself take a long
time and it involves more than just getting on a treamill. Recumbent
bikes or the ones that u push as oppose to pedal while sitting is
another option for starters. Or walking in water.
