thank you.  I don't take Sinemet or any PD meds so I think I will try it. 
Sinemet helped on first dose but never again.  when I tried it again (many 
times)  I got weird abdominal twitches and no symptom relief. 7 years ago I 
had bilateral DBSs which stopped tremors.  I am getting desperate with poor 
balance, bradykinesia, speech  difficulty, etc.
