applying a 2nd time might be cheaper than a  lawyer.  I was rejected on 
first attempt, on 2nd I had letter from Dr. Dee Silver that blew their minds 
plus I demonstrated how I couldn't type without errors.  also if PD  meds 
work for you they will think you are OK if you appear for the interview 
medicated.   I didn't have micrographia on first attempt so I "flunked" that 
part of the physical.

I have found that  even friends who want to understand don't get what you go 
through.      So those who want to refuse  SSD   have to be    shown.
