Hi Ken,
IPD is  ideopathic PD (I probably spelled it incorrectly.) Ideopathic 
means "We don't know what caused it."
PN is Peripheral Neuropathy - a  dangerous condition where you lose 
sense of touch. The only person I know with PN also is also Diabetic. 
I'm no expert however...
