Subject: REED on BBC Radio 3 TODAY!

Dear All,

Sorry if this comes too late, but I've only just realised it's happening myself: a feature about REED on BBC-Radio 3 at 10 p.m. (UK time) this evening, Sunday 12 September.

Here's the blurb from Radio Times:Steve

"Sunday Feature: Myths and Mystery Cycles.
John Sessions investigates the work of the Records of Early English Drama, which is building up a picture of British drama and entertainment from the early medieval period to the closing of the theatres in 1642, by combing through church and court records for any references to performances. Scholars and performers, including Peter Holland and Mark Rylance, discuss how all this new evidence is affecting their understanding of early English theatre."

I believe several REEDy stalwarts were interviewed for the programme at the Leeds IMC in July, so there should be plenty of authoritative input. The programme last for 45 minutes.

Cheers,
Diana Wyatt
