one thing I do after my latest ordeal is  make my scrambled eggs with 
onions, mushrooms, cheese, parsley (cut up by Patricia) the night before for 
2 days.  I feel better at night than mornings and this breakfast is the 
hardest cooking I do.  I just heat them up.
