Yes. it is very long. I've been browsing and viewing what is of interest. 

 Towards the end of  the second day there is a "Summation Overview Review of 2-day conference " at about  295  mins.

The slides from the conference are supposed to be  made  available from this page too... haven't said when

Also a written report and/or article is expected to be published, but we don't know when. Recommendations will be made public and public comments  will be sought by the NIH
