YES! only i never made a direct connection before!  one of my earliest pd specialists had been a specialist in migraines before her father got PD. she put me on propanolol, which i have taken religiously since then. with the onset of menopause , the frequency of my migraines dropped even further, but the intenssity not so much. now i look back to my dbs last  april and i realize that although the frequency has not dropped, the intensity  has. no more imitrex - it is overkill. hello excedrin migraine .

Coincidentally, DBS stopped my ocular migraines; I used to have both the aura and headache,  since my 30's only the aura.  I think there may be a PD connection; my grandfather had both migraines and PD.

Anybody else with PD also have or had migraines?
