In a certain population, Wellbutrin has devastating side effects. If
anxiety, paranoia or deepening depression occur after starting Wellbutrin,
it is wise to get off the drug. My son wound up disabled while he was on
Wellbutrin (his doctor kept adding drugs to address the side effects). Once
he was off the drug, he returned to normal. I was shocked to watch his
decline and then amazed to witness his recovery.

After reading some literature I discovered that Wellbutrin's side effects
are not that uncommon.
