Hi Scott,

I only take 4 x Sinemet CR and 10mg Eldepryl daily, and are also
occasionally plagued by vivid "fighting" dreams. My wife moved out to
a separate bedroom years ago, for two reasons; my shouting and my
physical activity during these dreams. I was a keen Karateka in my
days and after giving an 'assailant' a powerful kokomi kick one night,
I woke up finding my wife groaning on the floor. The next day she had
a massive concussion on her thigh.

I enjoy most of the vivid dreams. Especially the flying ones ;-) I'm
sure a shrink can prescribe something for you. My feeling is, the less
pills, the better...

All of the adjustments have been with the Requip (Now taking 4 Mg/4X daily.)  Anyway, that's the history of my current medicine cabinet.  My question is, "Why are my dreams becoming so vidid and often times violent?" and "Can I keep from bopping my poor wife as I flail around, fending off an array of attackers and other shady looking characters?" All joking aside, I really like sleeping with my wife and don't want to be banished to the guest room.  Any ideas on how to turn down the intensity or at least the frequency of the "show?"
