I take a regular "who's who" of parkinson's medications (Sinemet CR, Amanadine, Comtan, Requip since the beginning, Added Azilect and Prestiq over the last several years.) I still take the same dosage of Sinemet I started with 13 years ago. All of the adjustments have been with the Requip (Now taking 4 Mg/4X daily.) Anyway, that's the history of my current medicine cabinet. My question is, "Why are my dreams becoming so vidid and often times violent?" and "Can I keep from bopping my poor wife as I flail around, fending off an array of attackers and other shady looking characters?" All joking aside, I really like sleeping with my wife and don't want to be banished to the guest room. Any ideas on how to turn down the intensity or at least the frequency of the "show?"

I think that the dreamsa are an extension of one's everyday life,
perhaps with some enkargement. This covers the contrnt of the dreams.
The frequency is due, I think, to the amount of anxiety your particular
set of symptoms engenders. The answer as to what to do in each case is
a matter between yiu and your medical practioner.
