The trouble with the flying dreams is the crash landings :) worth checking the obvious - is the bedroom too hot / cold ? Would a new mattress help ? What are you eating in the hour before bed ? indigestion is said to be the cause of the nightmare that led Mary Shelly to write "Frankenstein".
