PAN is looking for more grassroots  advocates, especially from Oklahoma, at this 
ime. If the Repblicans gain control of the Senate,  Oklahoma 's Sen. Coburn is 
ikely to become very influential on funding for medical research, and his past 
ecord has not been supportive. Currently there are no PAN grassroots 
oordinator in the state to advocate on behalf  of PD and other medical 
esearch.
If you are from Oklahoma or know people who llive there, (or from anywhere else)  
lease consider getting involved with PAN. There is much information about PAN's
