"Not sure what your point is here.  Most religious opponents of ESCR don't 
want to talk about religion, claiming that scientifically a  cell is a 
person.  I'm not familiar with how separation of church and state applies."

"Personally, I don't favor abortion either, but then I've never been tested, 
never had need for one.   Most  of my adult life has been fighting incurable 
diseases and conditions.

Anti-abortion is the major motive for this movement, but IVF, contraceptives 
and ESCR  have become part of the package, with ESCR being confused with 
abortion issue.

They'll be back."
