I had no problem getting my disability even after I was on social security. Parkinsons is one disease they
seem to accept ok. Do not need legal help.

Each state has Social Security Administration (SSA) employees who will make
n initial judgment on your application - you must dot every "t" and dot
very "i" in order to get past that hurdle.

In general, can a person with Parkinson qualify for disability? Does anyone

am in my early 60's and find that my Parkinson symptoms are making it
ncreasingly difficult to perform my job satisfactory. Most of the
roblems are not physically visible: tremor is slight, but the toe and
leg cramps
are often unbearable, good night sleep is rare and thus constant
atigued and depressed. I have worked for the same organization for over 25
ears and paid for disability insurance every pay period. I am trying to
ecide if I qualify to claim disability or if I need to
take early retirement.
