It is claimed voice therapy helps but I don't know.  If I raise my voice 
people freak out, so speaking  louder doesn't get it for me.  It is much 
more annoying and painful than I imagined it would be.  So far I haven't 
found  ANYTHING that makes a big enough difference.   DBS allows me to move 
and stop tremoring, but  I can't do anything well.
