Many thanks for making this valuable book available online! It's interesting to see in the note below that the authors (not the publisher) are given as owners of the copyright, chapter by chapter. Natasha, I look forward to hearing how you arranged for the online access. This seems like a good direction for Inkshed Publishers as an arm (or a wing) of CASLL.
I'm not sure actually how CASLL and Inkshed Publishers are related in legal terms. Can anyone else explain? The membership meeting next spring will have to make some decisions....
