Thanks for this clarification, Brock. So, basically, in order to spend 
the money in the till, pass it on, or do anything else with it, we have 
to have members. We would also need members to vote on fee reductions or 
even de-formalizing the organization. And to have members, we have to 
charge the fees already agreed to, because there's no way to reduce them 
until we have people to vote.

All seems circular but it also makes sense.

I'll fire off my fee to you forthwith, and urge other old and new 
Inkshedders to do the same. Then we can have an "Inkshed caucus" at some 
point at the Congress to decide where to go from here, when we can 
actually legally vote on anything CASLL does.

Thanks for taking this on, Brock. (Have you noticed that volunteering 
for one thing almost always gets you a package deal of some sort?)
