Five years ago I rode back-to-back centuries. (100) mile ride in the
Vermont hills. I stopped riding last summer after a fall. I feel as
though my world shrank that day. Ten miles felt like an epic journey.
So, I've set up a trainer out in the hallway in hope of regaining a
big piece of my self.
Wish me well!
P.S.
I found that getting on the bike is harder then riding it .-)
