Hi Roger,

I intend to be there. It`s too early for me to have formulated definite 
thoughts on what should be on the agenda, but certainly an AGM to settle 
some of the thorny issues should be on it -- perhaps as the first order 
of business.. If we put it last, we may lose any remote semblance of quorum.
