I recently, this past Wednesday, did some energy work in a group therapy (I have been in the group 4 years+) around some family issues. It is a type of therapy where you re-enact previous abuse with a new outcome. Since Wednesday I have woken each day feeling better, this morning I feel fantastic and remember feeling like this before I was diagnosed. I still have a slight tremor and some stiffness but on occasion since Wednesday I have had no tremor. I believe I am experiencing a Miracle and that my body started healing since Wednesday. I am not a very religious person and have felt since I started being sick that it was tied to earlier family abuse. I have no other explanation. Today, I am going to try tapering off the Carbidopa and see what happens. I saw my doctor at Emory the morning of Wednesday and had all my symptoms and had group therapy Wednesday night from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. I knew something had happened when I woke up on Thursday because of how happy I felt. I would not discount emotions on PD. I feel reluctant to send this because I am not free of all symptoms and don't want to give any false hope to anyone but I have had five days where I didn't feel like I couldn't get out of bed and I am happy. All I know is something major has happened since Wednesday. ________________________________ From: haroon basheer <[log in to unmask]> To: Karol Klim <[log in to unmask]> Sent: Sunday, February 20, 2011 3:28 AM Subject: Re: Parkinson's Treatment May Help With Motor Control Function I have the same feeling with stress become confused remedy watch funny programs before going to bed it really helps, positive emotions Hb Age 64 Pwp 7-8 years -----Original Message----- From: Parkinson's Information Exchange Network [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Nic Marais Sent: Sunday, February 20, 2011 12:45 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: Parkinson's Treatment May Help With Motor Control Function Exactly...
