Hi Nick;

This artical is obviously flawed and actually blatantly false, and here's 
why.  The SEC got involved with EMGE when a "pump and dump" unscrupulous 
penny stock pusher and his family and cronies drove the price to $4.00 then 
shorted it.  The SEC stepped in and pulled it off the OTC pending an 
investigation. They got the date right,  this was in the fall of '09, and 
after a look under the microscope of the SEC, the stock was re-instated to 
it's OTC status.

Come on boys, you can do better than this.  The veracity of Emergent 
Health's claims were never in question, and thats why their products are 
continuing to be  used, with growing positive reports.  I think the writer 
of this article is confused with who is responsible for what in the Federal 
Bureaucracy.

I'll put together more supporting documents, including Congressional 
Testimony on the health benefits of Adult Stem Cell nutrition.  (I read 
yours, please take time to do the same).  Your health may be at stake....
