I watch TV (which is about all I could do anyway) when I cycle.  I can only 
manage about  5 minutes on treadmill now on my own; forced exercise is what 
I need.  I did 3 hours the last 3 days averaging over 10 MPH

Pity the scenery is so dull though !     I'm using a treadmill; that works 
except when I slide off the end.
