Dear Roy,

Are you able to do the Theracycle at the recommended cadence? I got the
impression from the research that reaching a particular cadence of 80-90
rpm was important but I don't know how that translates into your speed
of 12 mph. When I ride, my cadence might be fast, but my speed might be
slow or vice versa depending on how I manage the gearing.

In any case, something about the biking movement must be important as my
dad was a serious runner when he got PD and that did not help him at all.

You rock! Congratulations.
