I work out at the local LA Fitness with an excellent trainer. We stress
balance exercises and core ab work. Additionally we do strength and
cardio workouts. On Saturdays we work out at a local park with a large
group in the boot camp workout mode for two hours.

I find that using a Bosu Ball (a mid-sized ball that has been sliced to
provide a flat side extremely helpful for balance exercises. I sometimes
hold on to a chair or wall to stabilize myself.

I work out with my daughter at the gym. We motivate each other and
are sometimes joined by friends.

I find that a trainer is helpfull both from giving me instruction on how
to do the exercises and, more importantly, from giving me motivation to
show up to the gym.

Frankly, I see PD more less as a impediment and more as a challenge.
