Hello,
I'm just 34 ys old with PD far away in the middle of Europe.
But I felt I must answer you.
Someone who think to have so much to do gets really angry when this disease
limits the used movements.
I feel from your letter that you are ready to fight against the symptoms. I
think you become a big support from your big family what can give you more
energy. To have so many grandchild ca be a huge motivation.
I heard from my trainer that she knows some 80 ys old person who do the
exercises as well as the younger ones. So doing gym and special exercises
are very helpful and important.
