The current edition of The American Journal of 
Human Genetics reported some  genetic correlation 
found for a biological cause of some neurological 
disorders, including Parkinson's disease. The 
family has tremor-predominant dopa-responsive 
parkinsonism with a mean onset of 50.6 ± 7.3 years.
