Can someone describe the symptoms of PD related anxiety?

I think I'm starting to have anxiety but being new to it, hard to describe.

How should one approach a neurologist for it? (a friend happens to have
Ativan, i tried it as sleeping aid and it does indeed seem to work. Less
drowsy than trazodone)

Ken
