Eileen  R. (Becker) Van Norman, 60, of Ware, formerly of Worcester, died 
Monday, Sept.  26, 2011 in Mary Lane Hospital.

She leaves her husband of 41 years, David  E. Van Norman, Jr.; a son, Paul 
J, Van Norman and his wife Lauren of Upton; two  daughters, Susan DeCosta 
and her husband, Eric of Grafton and Kimberly Van  Norman of Worcester; six 
grandchildren, Elizabeth, Gabrielle, Kelsa, Cecelia,  Daniel and Paul Jr., her 
step mother, Shirley Becker of East Newark, NJ; her  mother-in-law, Irene 
Van Norman and two sisters-in-law, Donna Kimble and Carol  Grelecki all of 
Pennsylvania. Eileen was born in Morristown, New Jersey a  daughter of William 
and Ruth (Welsbach) Becker and later lived 20 years in  Worcester before 
coming to Ware 8 years ago.

Mrs. Van Norman was a  Certified Nurse's Aide 15 years for Providence House 
Nursing Home, Worcester  before retiring. She was a graduate of Dover High 
School, Dover, NJ. Eileen was  a member of the American Legion Women's 
Auxiliary and a member of the former  Ascension Church, Worcester.

Eileen loved spending time with her  grandchildren, she was an avid reader 
and loved her dogs and spending time  outdoors.

The memorial calling hour will be held on Saturday, October 1,  from 1:00 
to 2:00 PM in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., Worcester.  The 
service will be held at 2:00 PM following the calling hour. In lieu of  flowers, 
memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for  
Parkinson's Research, Church Street Station, P.O. Box 780, NY, NY,  10008-0780
