DBS is a great help with tremor, but I can barely speak or walk. Of course
I don't know what I 'd be like without DBS except for tremor.

My mother had trigeminal neuralgia. She died in 2003. She declined the
manipulation of the blood vessel surgery because she had her fill of
surgeries and treatments all her life. Brain surgery was too much. She
had stroke from high BP.

I am still mystified re Janetta's surgery. Can't remember how many years
its been since the Schuller claim. or how Janetta's TN surgery differs from
his PD surgery.

Thanks for this article Ray!!

Looks like I'll have to eat my words ;-)

Although.... Why does Levodopa work for most of us? And DBS?

Ray, you might benefit from this...!
