Its called Theracycle and allows you to cycle up to 15 MPH although 12 MPH
is the speed you need. There are two Theracycle models, one for total body
exercise and the one I have which is for the legs.

Exercycle, the company, recently got a NIH grant to study its use with
Parkinson patients. Rich Blumenthal is President:

Ray,
she takes 100.25 Sinemet 1 1/2 pills 3x/day. She'll try to reduce it and
then we'll see if the hallucination were caused by Sinemet. I talked
recently to 2 Ex-Parkis who got rid of all symptoms. Here are their
websites
http://www.fightingparkinsonsdrugfree.com/. and
http://www.biancaschichat.com/2011/08/grand-opening.html
I met Howard (parkinsondrugfree) a month ago in Florida and was very
impressed. Both Howard and Bianca maintain that Chi Gong triggered the PD
symptoms to disappear. My wife started doing chi gong daily.
It's not very complicated.
