Meg Its called Theracycle and allows you to cycle up to 15 MPH although 12 MPH is the speed you need. There are two Theracycle models, one for total body exercise and the one I have which is for the legs. Exercycle, the company, recently got a NIH grant to study its use with Parkinson patients.
