Dr. Bruce Fife wrote the book "Stop Alzheimer's now!' .He has done more research on Coconut oil than anybody else. Check his website. He recommended 5 tbsp/day for my wife. I did not see any positive changes. What doesn't work for one might work for others, even for the cargiver.
