     Dear Rayilyn,

Summer — what a wonderful time for anyone to build more physical activity into his or her life!

And you know, it's so vital for people with Parkinson's to keep moving. Activity not only slows the progression of symptoms, but it also builds physical confidence and improves quality of life.

When you reach out to people with Parkinson's through APDA, you encourage physical therapy programs like dance classes and provide information about how to stay active.

I thank you for your involvement in the APDA family. Through our organization, you do such incredible good!

            Taking Action!
