Hi all. Interesting about meditation... I am working on a new program which will have a downloadable health and relaxation meditation MP3 as one of its cornerstones. I'm working with a disability coach and a trained prayer/meditation (Chopra school) person. Its fun and rather out of my area of expertise, but research seems to be saying there is some "mind over matter" to work with. We aren't done with it yet, but If you would like me to email you the link when it is up, shoot me a "gimme" or whatever and I'll get it to you.
