I have been taking Requip in conjunction with sinemet, comtan and amantadine since I was first diagnosed at the age of 39, 14 years ago. I started out on 1 mg 4X daily of Requip. The other dosage of the other medications have stayed the same over the years, my doc has manipulated the dosage of the Requip, slowly building the dosage up from 1 mg to 4 mg 4x a day. Apparantly 16 mg in one day is the upward limit of Requip (when side effects outpace benefits). So it llooks like I have 4 miligrams to work with.
