I've had a new arrival in the last couple of days... my mandible muscles and tendons decided to spasm, causing my teeth to clench.  Not to grind mind you... just to clench for about 6 hours.  The muscles on that side of my neck looked like a 1 1/4 inch thick rope.I'm trying some stretching exercises but dang, it still hurts like the dickens!  Any ideas?
