Hi Marsha. I missed your message, below, but I see others have replied. I did write about this several weeks ago, but the bottom line: My wife, Laureen, used the Neupro patch very successfully before the manufacturer took it off the US market some years ago (problem with the adhesive). She then went on Requip, waiting for the patch to come back. Finally, it came back on the market. She was so excited. The bad news is, it no longer worked for her! We don't know if her system just got used to the Requip or what, but when she switched back to the Requip, she improved immediately. Please note: Laureen has a DBS unit, and had it when she first tried Neupro. For what it's worth. Scott Scott E.
