Didier then went to see a prof of neurology who took him seriously. He diminished then stopped Requip and his behaviour went back to normal. It saved his marriage but by then he had mortgaged their house to gamble and also attempted to suicide. He fought bitterly to have his condition recognized by the court and several 'advizers' on GSK payroll almost won.
